These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://crelooking.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Crelooking (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Company Information

Crelooking operates an e-commerce platform offering beauty technology devices and skincare products. Our registered mailing address is 30 N Gould St, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You may contact customer support at [email protected].

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into contracts in your country of residence to place an order. By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. We use a multi-currency display module for your convenience, but the final charge is always processed in USD. Prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of stock unavailability, inaccurate pricing, or suspected fraud.

Dropshipping disclosure: Some products are fulfilled directly by partnered suppliers (including CJ Packet). Delivery times may be longer than for domestically stocked items. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and in Section 6 of our Shipping & Returns Policy.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. The order is accepted only once we send you an order confirmation email. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Amazon Pay. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Shipping details are provided on our Shipping & Returns page. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Returns & Refunds

You may return unopened products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item. Full details are available on our Shipping & Returns page. Hygiene-related items that have been opened (applicators, derma rollers used on skin, eye patches removed from sealed pouches) cannot be returned for health reasons.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, product images, video content, and the “Crelooking” brand — is the property of Crelooking or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the Site’s operation, scrape content for commercial purposes, submit false or misleading information, or violate any applicable law or regulation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Product descriptions, including efficacy and visual results, are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, dermatological, or cosmetic advice. Consult a qualified professional before using any device if you have sensitive skin, medical conditions, or are pregnant.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crelooking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any product purchased. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crelooking and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. You waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
