1. Where We Ship
Crelooking ships to the following countries:

If your country is not listed, please contact us β we are continuously expanding our shipping zones.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates exclude our order processing time of 1 to 3 business days.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and the shipping method selected. We frequently offer free standard shipping on orders above a minimum threshold β see the homepage banner for current promotions.
4. Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships, typically within 1 to 3 business days.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package using the link provided or by entering the tracking number on the carrier’s website. If you have not received a tracking email within 72 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact [email protected].
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For shipments to the UK, Canada, and Australia, your order may be subject to import duties and local taxes collected by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping cost. We declare the accurate product value on the customs form.
7. Returns β 30-Day Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- You contact us first at [email protected] with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RMA).
- You ship the product back using a trackable method within 14 days of receiving your RMA.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Derma rollers, microneedling devices, and any product designed for direct skin contact
- Eye patches, serums, and creams whose seal has been broken
- Gift cards and digital downloads
- Final-sale or clearance items (marked as such on the product page)
9. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged, or if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement, a full refund, or store credit β your choice, no questions asked.
11. Lost Packages
If the carrier’s tracking shows your package as lost, or if it has not been delivered within 10 business days after the maximum estimated delivery window, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. We will either arrange a replacement or issue a full refund as soon as the carrier confirms the loss.
12. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of placement by contacting customer support. After this window, orders may already be in the fulfillment queue and cannot be cancelled, though you may still return the product under our 30-day policy.
