All content on the Site, including text, images, videos, logos, brand names, designs, and code, is owned by Crelooking or its licensors and is protected by French and international intellectual-property laws. The brand name “Crelooking”, the persona “Sophie”, and associated visual identity are trademarks of Crelooking.
You may share short excerpts of our content (for non-commercial purposes) with proper credit and a link back to the original source. Any other reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
4. Products and Orders
If we offer products through the Site:
- Prices, availability, and product descriptions may change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
- Order processing, shipping, and returns are governed by our separate Order Conditions, available at checkout.
5. Third-Party Content and Links
The Site may contain affiliate links or links to third-party websites and platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Amazon Associates, and others). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Affiliate links may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you.
6. TikTok API Service Terms
When you authorize Crelooking to connect to a TikTok account through our integration, the following additional terms apply:
- Acceptance of TikTok terms: by using our TikTok integration, you confirm acceptance of TikTok’s Terms of Service and our acceptance of the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.
- Authorized account scope: each authorization grants Crelooking access to a single TikTok account. One authorized user equals one connected TikTok account; access is not transferable.
- Termination: you may revoke Crelooking’s access at any time via TikTok Settings → Privacy → Third-party apps. Revocation immediately invalidates our tokens and stops all further posting on your behalf.
- Liability: Crelooking publishes its own AI-augmented beauty content (with FTC-compliant disclosure) to the connected channel. We are not responsible for third-party content, nor for changes TikTok makes to its terms, APIs, or platform policies that may affect this integration.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclosure
Some of our content (videos, voice-overs, images of the persona “Sophie”) is created with the assistance of generative AI tools, with human editorial oversight. We disclose this where required by platform policy and in compliance with applicable transparency obligations. The persona “Sophie” is a fictional character and does not represent a real person.
8. User Submissions
If you submit content to us (comments, contact form messages, testimonials), you grant Crelooking a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our services. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate any third-party right.
9. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Beauty content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute medical, dermatological, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before using a new product, especially in case of allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crelooking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or its content, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid to Crelooking in the past 12 months, or 100 EUR if no payment was made.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by banner on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bordeaux, France, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules grant you another competent forum.
